Joanne is a founding partner of Fuller Towne & Country Properties, predecessor to LIV Sotheby's International Realty, and was President of its Board of Managers from its inception in 1999. Upon the sale of the company in 2008, Joanne continued as a Broker Associate working with her son Michael as The Ernstsen Team, specializing in mid-size and luxury property sales in Denver’s best neighborhoods and in the south suburban communities of Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village and Columbine Valley.In 2019, Joanne and her husband, Mike, moved to a new condominium in the heart of Cherry Creek and Joanne’s son and business partner, Michael, moved with his family to Georgia. Joanne has since increased her portfolio of listings to include more of the condominiums and townhomes of Cherry Creek and its surrounding luxury neighborhoods.Joanne has a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah and uses her Marketing, Management and Negotiating skills to provide innovative advantages to her clients in the sale and purchase of their personal homes. She honed and taught those skills throughout the real estate industry as a writer and instructor of continuing education courses, as an appointee to the Real Estate Commission’s Approved Forms Committee, and as President of the Denver Board of Realtors and Director of the Colorado Association of Realtors.Joanne has consistently been recognized among the elite brokers at the DMAR Annual Excellence Awards, but Joanne believes the number of sales is not nearly as important as the quality of each sale and the lasting relationships she has had over decades of repeat and referral business from those clients.The technological advancements in real estate have made it possible to provide clients with a very high degree of information and knowledge to guide their real estate decisions and choices.
